FoxData offers free access to this feature: Bidding Keyword Analysis

This page provides you with the bidding keywords analysis of your app, you can see who else is running ads on your paid keywords.

But more interestingly you can also spy on your competitor's keywords and find out which keywords they are currently bidding on.

Enter any keyword you want to search and the Search Volume, and Bidding App Count will be displayed here as the following example.

If you click on the APP, that will lead you to App Profile page.
