If you need to upgrade or downgrade the plan, select the plan in the Personal Center - Management Subscription, and then change the plan.

Change plan during the free trial: The new plan takes effect immediately and is valid for the remaining trial period.

Change plan during the subscription: The new plan takes effect immediately. The remaining fee from the original plan will be refunded, and the cost of the new plan will be deducted. The new plan's billing cycle starts from the day of the plan change.

For example:

If you subscribe to the Pro-monthly plan on November 1st, and you want to upgrade to the Pro-yearly plan on November 15th, you can select the Pro-yearly plan to change the subscription.

After confirming the subscription to the plan, the system will automatically settle the fee for you and refund the remaining fee of the Pro-monthly payment from November 15th to December 1st. And your Pro- yearly plan will start billing on November 15.
