When it comes to tracking app performance, it’s important to consider your users’ opinions. That’s why FoxData is equipped with special ratings & reviews features that help you monitor what users say about your app and improve your product with user insights.

This part provides you with current rating. It is base on the real-time data from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Under this tab, you can view a breakdown of your app's ratings over time. You can switch Type button to view daily rating breakdown （Rating Change） and the number of ratings breakdowns （Total Ratings）.

Rating Change - Average new rating for the selected period and the change from average rating for the previous period.

Rating Received - The number of new ratings for the selected period and the change from the number for the previous period.

Positive Ratings -4～5 Star Rating

Negative Ratings -1～3 Star Rating

If you switch to Version tab, we show the ratings breakdown of each version. By selecting different versions here, you can view which version users are satisfied with most.

In Country/Region section, we show the ratings breakdown of each country. You can select up to 10 countries at the same time.

This part is similar to Ratings introduced above. But please notice the data in this part does not include the ratings without reviews.

FoxData help you identify what people like or dislike about your app by offering reviews details belong to this app. This part includes the reviews that been deleted.

We also provide translation tool which you can use to translate the reviews into languages you want to see.

If you want to reply to these reviews, you can switch to page Follow - Reply to Reviews and connect your FoxData account to App Store Connect or Google Play Console.

If you click the name of reviewer, you can view all the reviews posted by this people.

Review Sentiment Analysis

The Review Sentiment Analysis provides a quick overview of your apps' total reviews, average review rating, and star distribution for a selected type during the selected date range. By default, the analysis date range the last 90 days. You can change the date range at any time as you like.

You will find keywords that appear more often in user reviews at the Keyword Cloud. This can give you an idea the user's impression of the app.

In the table below, you will see more detailed analysis of the keywords users using in their reviews.
