FoxData offers this feature to users who subscribed Standard Plan: ASO Report

The ASO report can evaluate the health of various indicators of the app and provides sketches of the App Name, Subtitle, Description, App Icon, Screenshots, Keywords Distribution, App Info, Rankings, Rating&Reviews, and Versions.

You can see the Visibility Score of the app you selected at top right. Visibility Score is based on search volumes and keyword rankings. Apple and Google do not disclose the exact traffic data on keywords, so we use this KPI to track how ASO activities affect your app's visibility.

Select competitors you‘ll see a comparison between different Apps. we will show recommended apps for you. And you can select 4 competitors most at the same time.

App Name

In these two tabs, you can see assessment and suggestions for name of the App you selected.

The app name is the most critical factor for discoverability in search results and plays a vital role in ASO (App Store Optimization). The tool assesses whether your app name requires adjustments.

App name is assessed based on three key dimensions:

  • Character Count: Ensure your app name length meets platform guidelines.

  • Keyword Volume: Number of ranked keywords related to the name.

  • Keyword Performance: Overall search visibility and competitiveness of these keywords. Hover over any top keyword to check the keyword lists.

And click View More, you will turn to Keyword Optimization page, FoxData will provide you further analysis on how to optimize name(title).

Subtitle

Subtitle keywords hold significant weight, second only to the app name. This part evaluates their effectiveness.

Description

Your app description plays a critical role in keyword discovery. To maximize its impact:

  • Leverage the Full Character Limit: Use all available space to incorporate relevant keywords naturally.

  • Strategic Keyword Emphasis: Highlight priority keywords in the opening lines and core feature descriptions.

  • Avoid Keyword Stuffing: Excessive repetition of a single keyword dilutes opportunities to rank for other terms.

App Icon

A distinctive logo(icon) helps users quickly identify your app in search results. Our tool analyzes two key dimensions to refine your logo design:

  • Competitor Logo Color Benchmarking: Identifies primary and secondary colors used in competitors' logos. Reveals the percentage distribution of each color within their logo designs.

  • Industry-Specific Color Trends: Shows common color schemes adopted by successful apps in your vertical

Keywords Distribution

Evaluate the overall ranking performance of your ranked keywords against competitors. Higher overall rankings generally indicate a greater likelihood of your app gaining traffic and downloads from these keywords.

Monetization Models, Package Information and Recent Update Logs.

Rankings

Rankings of the app and its competitors in overall and category-specific charts.

Rating & Reviews

Current app rating in the App Store/Google Play, Distribution of ratings across different star levels (1-star to 5-star) and Total number of new reviews submitted in the last 30 days.

The ASO Report provides a comprehensive evaluation of app metrics, but in-depth analysis of specific aspects is required prior to formulating precise optimization strategies.
