In order to reply to reviews, you need to connect your console in this page to improve users' perception. This feature will allow you to see your real data in FoxData and analyze the impact of your ASO efforts.
App Store
Select the App Store to fill in the Issuer ID, fill in the KEY ID, import the Key File, click Add to connect your console, then you can see your reviews and reply to your reviews.
Attention:
After adding the connection, it may take 24 to 48 hours for your data to appear in the Analytics tab of your account.
Be 100% confident that your credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your console information and data with any third parties.
Google Play
Select the Google Play to select a connected app, fill in the correct information
you can enter app name or package name to search, then upload the correct JSON file to add your Google Play console.
Attention:
In order to complete all steps of synchronizing Google Reviews integration, you must be the owner of the console！
Currently FoxData only support replies to comments within the last 7 days！
