FoxData plans include usage limits such as:

  • Number of tracked apps

  • Number of tracked keywords

  • Number of tracked competitor apps

  • Number of team seats

  • Number of collected ad creatives

When you downgrade—or when a renewal fails—your new plan have lower limits.

This article explains how FoxData automatically adjusts your usage under three different scenarios.

When Free Trial Ends

When you end the free period and do not choose a formal subscription, FoxData will automatically remove or untrack items based on a consistent priority rule.

Team Seats

If your team members exceed the new plan’s seat limit:

  1. Team members are removed from least recently active → most recently active.

  2. Removed members revert to a free FoxData account.

  3. Their tracked items (apps/keywords/competitors) are also removed.

  4. Removal continues until your team size fits the new limit.

Tracked Apps

Adjustment order:

  1. Apps tracked by removed team members are removed first.

  2. If still exceeding limits, we remove remaining tracked apps based on last viewed time (least recent → most recent).

  3. Removal continues until your tracked apps fit the new limit.

Tracked Keywords

Keywords follow a 3-step priority:

  1. Remove keywords tracked by removed team members.

  2. Remove keywords associated with apps that were just untracked (follow app removals).

  3. If still exceeding limits, remaining keywords are removed based on follow time (oldest → newest).

Process continues until you meet the new keyword limit.

Tracked Competitors

Same logic as keywords:

  1. Remove competitors tracked by removed team members.

  2. Remove competitors related to apps that were untracked.

  3. If still exceeding limits, remaining competitors are removed by oldest tracking time.

Favorited Ad Creatives

  • Removed purely by favorite timestamp (oldest → newest)

  • Until reaching the new plan limit.

When Downgrade Your Subscription

For paying subscribers who downgrade to a lower plan:

  • The usage adjustment rules are the same as for trial users.

  • At the same time, any removed items will be temporarily retained for 30 days.

  • If you upgrade again within 30 days, these items can be fully restored and unlocked.

After 30 days, if no upgrade occurs, the retained items will be permanently deleted.

Subscription Renewal Failure

If your subscription renewal fails, the system will temporarily downgrade you.

If you later restore the subscription successfully:

  • Your usage, tracked items, and preferences remain unchanged.

  • Nothing is removed or locked.

If you do not restore the subscription:

  • Your account returns to Free Plan limits.

  • Usage exceeding free limits will be removed immediately based on the same priority rules (oldest → newest).
